Imp (7' Rowing Dinghy) Section

Designer Unknown althought it is likely to have been G. William McVay

The 7 foot "IMP" is a fiberglass boat made as an an inexpensive "accessory" tender for some of the larger Paceship boats. It was also market as a cartop "knock about": boat for kids and adults alike. It weighed only 95 pounds and had an outboard mount as standard! With its positive foam floatation and beamy 52 inches it was undoubtably a stable and safe parent pleaser too.

It may have been available rigged for sail but we have no record of that.

We have yet to see owner photos on this boat so if you have some please send them in!
